Suspension during an investigation is not itself a finding that an allegation is true.
Riding responsibly
Never ask a driver to speed, ignore signals, overload the vehicle or take an unlawful route. Wear a seat belt where fitted, and the required protective gear on bike and tricycle trips.
Protect your account
Keep your password, OTPs, PINs and wallet credentials private. GoSupa will never ask you to share your password with a driver or passenger. Report suspected unauthorised access right away.
