Does GoSupa take a cut of my fare?
No. GoSupa does not charge drivers a percentage commission on each ride. Drivers pay a flat subscription for platform access, and the fare earned from the ride goes to the driver — subject only to separately disclosed items such as taxes, statutory deductions, payment-processing charges or refunds.
Does the subscription model change what I pay as a passenger?
You pay the applicable fare for your completed journey, shown as an estimate before you confirm. The subscription is between GoSupa and the driver.
How do I pay?
Depending on your location and service: Mobile Money, debit or credit card, bank payment, GoSupa wallet, cash where enabled, authorised third-party payment services, or Pay4Me.
What is Pay4Me?
Pay4Me lets another person pay for your trip. They must approve the payment before it is confirmed, and they only see the transaction information needed to approve it.
Can I cancel a ride?
Yes. A disclosed cancellation charge may apply if the driver has already travelled substantially toward you, you cancel after the grace period, or cancellations are repeated. Any charge is shown in the app.
I left something in the vehicle. What now?
Report it promptly through GoSupa support. We can help you get in touch with the driver, though recovery can’t be guaranteed.
