Every ride.

Before you subscribe.
Is the subscription a share of my fares?
No. The subscription is a charge for access to the GoSupa platform and its included services. It is not calculated as a percentage of any fare, and you pay it regardless of how many rides you complete.
Can anything be deducted from my fares?
Only separately disclosed items: statutory taxes or levies, payment-processing charges, refunds or reversals, insurance or protection charges in a package you selected, legally required deductions, or other charges you have been told about and accepted.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
We’ll notify you and may ask for another payment method. Access to new ride requests and some benefits may pause until payment succeeds; access is restored once you renew.
Are subscriptions refundable?
Activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, the payment was duplicated, a verified technical error occurred, a GoSupa system failure prevented service, or GoSupa approves a refund.
Am I a GoSupa employee?
Unless a separate written arrangement or applicable law says otherwise, drivers use GoSupa as independent transport providers. Paying a subscription does not by itself create employment, partnership or agency. GoSupa does not guarantee a minimum number of trips or earnings.
Do I keep my tips?
Yes. Voluntary passenger tips are not treated as GoSupa subscription revenue. Any payment-processing or statutory treatment is disclosed.
